Travel Agency Service Fees
Arrangement Fees
For arrangements involving transportation, accommodation, and other services combined:
Up to 20% of total travel cost (minimum 3,300 yen per item)
Transportation and Accommodation Reservations/Arrangements
Up to 20% of total travel cost (minimum 3,300 yen per item)
Change Procedure Fees
For arrangements involving transportation, accommodation, and other services combined:
Up to 20% of total travel cost (minimum 3,300 yen per item)
Changes to Transportation and Accommodation Reservations/Arrangements
Up to 20% of total travel cost (minimum 3,300 yen per item)
Cancellation Procedure Fees
For arrangements involving transportation, accommodation, and other services combined:
Up to 20% of total travel cost (minimum 3,300 yen per item)
Changes to transportation and accommodation reservations/arrangements (including any settlements for unused tickets, if applicable)
Up to 20% of total travel cost (minimum 3,300 yen per item)
Tour Guide Service Fees
(excluding actual travel costs such as accommodation and transportation)
60,000 yen per tour guide per day

If changes or cancellations are made at the request of the customer, in addition to the cancellation fees set by transportation and accommodation providers, the above change and cancellation procedure fees will apply.

If staying consecutively at the same accommodation, it will be treated as one item.
Consultation Fees
For consultations to create travel plans:
Basic fee 3,300 yen for 30 minutes, then 3,300 yen for each additional 30 minutes
Creation of Travel Plans and Itineraries
3,300 yen per day for the travel itinerary
Estimation of Necessary Travel Expenses
(If arrangements involving transportation and accommodation are combined)

Estimation of Transportation Fares/Fees

Information Provision
