(For French, Spanish, German, Chinese etc, please contact us) - Use of e-bike What’s Extra: - Transportation fee for guests during the tour (we can also include it after we decide the detailed route - Lunch and admissions for guests and a guide Meeting Location: Imabari/Onomichi or other locations based on your requests End Location: Imabari/Onomichi or other locations based on your requests Others:Taking travel insurance is highly recommended before you come to Japan. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Tours and Arrangements 30 days or more before the start date: 10% cancellation fee (to cover handling and arrangement costs). 29 to 15 days before: 30% cancellation fee. 14 to 6 days before: 50% cancellation fee. 5 days to 72 hours before the start: 80% cancellation fee. Within 72 hours before the start: 100% cancellation fee. Notes: All refunds will be made less any applicable bank transfer fees, credit card/PayPal transaction fees, and currency conversion losses. Services booked under nonrefundable conditions (such as train tickets, museum tickets, admissions, certain hotels, or special activities) cannot be refunded regardless of the cancellation date. Others: Taking travel insurance is highly recommended before you come to Japan. Guide is not responsible for any illnesses, injuries, thefts, losses, or any resulting damages incurred by the guests while using the services.
